How to flatten the hierarchy of human society

From a realistically feasible perspective, I see four directions for “flattening social classes”:

I. Structural Redesign (Institutions)

Class division is not merely a matter of “rich vs. poor,” but a systemic bias in resource distribution and access to opportunities.
To truly “flatten” classes, we must ensure that the system itself does not reproduce them.
This can be approached in several ways:

Educational and Knowledge Equality:

Everyone should have access to quality education, regardless of family background.
In modern terms, this means AI tutors and free advanced learning platforms that can bridge the educational gap between the rich and the poor.

Wealth Circulation Systems:

Today’s tax systems and capital returns make the rich richer.
If we can redistribute through mechanisms like shared equity, universal dividend funds, or capital income taxes, class disparities can be reduced.

Digital Currency and Transparent Economy:

If the economy operates transparently—e.g., all corporate and government expenditures are publicly traceable on-chain—corruption and exploitative capital behavior will have no place to hide.

II. Cultural Transformation (Values)

Social class is, in essence, something that is believed into existence.
When people believe that “wealth = success” and “occupation = value,” class hierarchies naturally solidify.
To flatten them, we must uproot that belief from culture itself.

This means:

  • Aesthetics must shift from showing off to inner fulfillment;
  • Heroic narratives must shift from winners to contributors;
  • Media should focus less on who made the most money, and more on who made life better.

The only real way to dismantle class is through a revolution of values.

III. The Leverage of Technology (AI and Automation)

The true potential of AI lies in its ability to democratize all capabilities.
With AI to help design, market, code, create, and manage finances, one person can now do what once required an entire company or hierarchy.

This will lead to:

  • Individual economies replacing hierarchical organizations;
  • Power and expertise becoming decentralized;
  • The advantages of wealth being weakened through AI platforms.

If used wisely, AI could mark the first time in human history that knowledge and power are evenly distributed.
(Of course, if monopolized, class divisions will only become more extreme.)

IV. Psychological Awakening (Self-Value)

Finally—and most difficult of all—
class exists within the comparisons people make in their minds.

As long as humans need to prove their worth by being “better than others,” class will never disappear.
The ultimate condition for flattening classes is when people no longer define self-worth through hierarchy.

That means:

  • You know you deserve respect, regardless of wealth;
  • You know life’s meaning isn’t tied to status;
  • You can look at the world without measuring it by “high” or “low.”

When the majority of people evolve to this level of consciousness, social classes naturally loosen.

In short:

“Flattening classes” doesn’t mean everyone has the same amount of money—
it means everyone has the same dignity, freedom, and possibility.
